Finnair takes off to Portugal, Turkey and Belgium

Strong demand has resulted in Finnair expanding its daily Lisbon route to a year-round service, which will increase the capacity by 70 per cent during the winter season

The Finnish national carrier is also adding twice-weekly flights to the popular Turkish holiday destination Alanya from the end of October to March next year. The popularity of its Brussels route has seen Finnair decide to fly one of its daily frequencies, on both Wednesdays and Saturdays, with a wide-body Airbus A330, which accommodates a larger number of passengers.

Finnair has been actively expanding its reach in recent times, announcing a boost to its services to Asia and a new route to Los Angeles.
