Luin Living caps off great year in the US
Finnish lifestyle brand Luin Living is wrapping up a great year of international growth with pop-up shops in a US department store.
The Finnish company expanded to the US this summer by launching a fully localised website and online store in close collaboration with a local partner.
The company’s official launch took place in the Saks Fifth Avenue department store in Washington DC in November. Its best-selling products will be on sale there in pop-up shops until early January.
“The US market is enormous and has great potential,” said Mari Luodes, co-founder of Luin Living. “We wanted a start there that allows consumers to get to know us and buy our products from our own online store. Resellers are certainly very important for us, but we see that it’s best to tell customers about the brand’s appearance, underlying stories and, of course, originality through our own website.”
Luin Living recently also announced major Christmas collaborations in Japan, launching pop-up shops in seven large departments stores around the country.
It all started with a hair towel. Find out how Luin Living set out to bring a spa-like experience to people’s homes in our feature article.
