Finnish games company snatches funding to publish its Top Gear games
Helsinki-based games company Motorious Entertainment has received half a million euros in funding to publish its Top Gear games.
Finnish games developer and publisher Motorious Entertainment has received 500 000 euro funding from two Nordic investment companies to develop and publish its Top Gear mobile games, reports Finnish business daily Talouselämä.
During the past year the company has been developing three different Top Gear mobile games, and with the help of the new funding the Motorius Entertainment can further expand its team and publish the games. The games company signed a global licensing deal with British Broadcasting Company BBC in 2015 regarding producing and distribution a series of Top Gear branded mobile games.
Motorious Entertainment plans to publish the first Top Gear game in the end of 2016 and two more during 2017.
