Claned takes home prestigious Edtech Award
Claned Group has been selected as the winner of The Edtech Awards 2018 for its Adaptive Technology Solution. The Finnish education technology developer is also a finalist in the Learning Analytics category.
The US-based awards programme run by EdTech Digest is the largest and most competitive recognition programme in education technology.
Contestants were narrowed down and judged based on various criteria, such as pedagogical workability, efficacy, clarity and potential, until the winners and finalists were finally chosen out of the thousands of entries.
“This award means a great deal to us [as] it truly recognizes the innovators, leaders, and trendsetters in the global education scene who are determined and dedicated to making a difference in education,” says Mervi Palander, CEO of Claned Group, in a release. “We are honoured to be recognized for our vision and learning solution that is already in use in over 25 countries.”
The awards are piling up for Claned, which was named best e-learning company of the year at the EdTechReview Summit & Expo earlier this year and also awarded at last year’s Tech Edvocate Awards.
