Claned named best e-learning firm of the year

“This nomination is an honour to us as there were so many innovative and forward-thinking companies competing for this award,” says Mervi Palander, the CEO of Claned Group, in a release.

India, she reveals, is a key focus market for the education technology startup, which launched its namesake cloud-based learning platform in 2016. “That is another reason we are happy to be recognised for our achievements not only globally but also in this specific, fast-moving market,” adds Palander.

The learning platform, which utilises artificial intelligence, collaborative learning and world-class pedagogy to maximise learning outcomes, has earned the company a number of recognitions.

Claned was recently included in a list of the 1 000 most innovative education technology providers and its founder, Vesa Perälä, in a list of the 100 most influential people in education by EdTech Digest. It was also listed as one of the 10 most exciting personalised learning-oriented startups to watch in 2018 by Daily Disruptor.
