Kemppi bigs up in China

The centre aims to provide solutions and services to Kemppi’s integrators and end customers. The company’s welding engineers help clients optimise their applications and offer training.

Both robotic welding and Asia are strategic focus areas for Kemppi, which has its first deliveries to China in the late 1980s.

“The robotic welding application center is a natural next step in serving the important and fast growing robotic welding markets in China and Southeast Asia even better”, saysHannu Jokela, Kemppi’s vice president APAC and export sales. “Local expertise is the key business factor for Kemppi.”

The new centre is located in Kemppi China Subsidiary facilities in Beijing.
