Gofore sets foot in Europe

Extending international operations to the emerging digital services market in Western Europe is a key element of Gofore‘s strategy. The presence in Spain supports the utilisation of new business opportunities.

In the first phase, operations in Madrid will commence with current personnel and later international career opportunities will open up for both new and existing employees. The goal is to increase the number of employees via local recruitment as well as to increase diversity and expand expertise within the company. Finding suitable employees shouldn’t pose too much of a challenge to the company, as it was chosen as the best workplace in Finland and the second-best workplace in Europe in the Great Place to Work survey this year.

In Germany, Gofore has a longer history, as the company has been operating in Munich since last year. Now all local business has been transferred to the recently established German subsidiary.
