Pistesarjat joins Indutrade group

Sweden-headquartered Indutrade has acquired all the shares in Pistesarjat, a Finnish company with annual sales of approximately nine million euros. Pistesarjat is a technical trading company offering construction and heavy industry companies in Finland heating and frost protection cable systems, fire-resistant cables, and data cable systems sourced from leading global suppliers. Metso Outotec wins new order in Russia

Metso Outotec will deliver comminution equipment for Nornickel’s refurbishment project at the Talnakh processing plant in Norilsk, Russia. The order is for one SAG mill and two ball mills with a total installed power of 36 megawatts, as well as two pebble crushers. Metso Outotec will also supply spare parts and supervise the installation. The value of the order has not been disclosed. Image: Metso Outotec
Peikko acquires more factory space in Lithuania

Peikko Group has purchased 25 000 square metres of new factory space in Kaunas, Lithuania. The Finnish supplier for the construction industry bought the real estate, as well as overhead cranes and other related equipment, from UAB Betonika, part of Consolis Group. The facility is located very close to Peikko’s existing factory and will allow the company to expand its product range in Lithuania, including with balcony connectors and composite beams, as well as move closer to customers.
