GameRefinery joins Vungle

Finnish SAAS mobile gaming analytics firm GameRefinery has been acquired by Vungle, a US-based mobile advertising platform. Used by the likes of King, Rovio, Ubisoft and Zynga, GameRefinery’s Game Intelligence platform provides developers with retention and monetisation insights through its cloud-based developer tools. FA Solutions partners with CIGP

Helsinki-based FA Solutions has been chosen to streamline the global operations and consolidate the multi-country systems of independent financial advisory firm CIGP. CIGP is headquartered in Switzerland but operates from three regional hubs, with offices in five important financial centres globally, namely Geneva, Hong Kong, London, Dubai and Milan. ePassi doubles down in Nordics

ePassi Payments is acquiring Sodexo Benefits & Rewards Services’ (BRS) business in the Nordics, including Sodexo Pass Sweden and Finnish company Eazybreak. The acquisitions will cement ePassi’s position as a leading mobile payment solution for employee benefits in the region, pushing the Finnish company closer to a user base of 1.5 million. MyInfomonitor to merge with Qbim

Sweden-based SpectrumOne has acquired Cemron, also known as MyInfomonitor, for the purpose of merging the Finnish software-as-a-service (SAAS) company with its subsidiary Qbim. The purchase price of 11 million Swedish krona (approx. 1.08 million euros) will be paid in shares in SpectrumOne. Norvestor invests in Smartvatten

Nordic private equity firm Norvestor is acquiring Envera, the Finnish company behind the Smartvatten solution that provides real-time monitoring and reporting of water consumption in buildings. The solution provides water and cost savings to property owners and housing companies and reduces the risk of water damage with immediate alerts of detected leaks.
