Basware cuts a deal with a major industrial corporation
Finnish purchase-to-pay solutions, e-invoicing and innovative financing services provider Basware has signed a deal with a major industrial corporation in France.
Earlier this year the Finnish company signed another agreement with a French luxury brand retailer.
The latest deal Basware has settled in France concerns an agreement for the delivery of accounts payable and e-invoicing services with a major industrial corporation in France. The solutions are powered by Basware’s unified cloud-based platform for purchase-to-pay, Alusta.
The agreement includes accounts payable automation with 100 per cent inbound e-invoicing and scanning services for paper invoices in several countries.
“The customer has launched a significant transformation project to increase efficiency in their financial processes,” says Esa Tihilä, CEO of Basware Corporation. “Basware’s services enable the customer to create paperless and highly automated processes globally which forms the core of the transformation. Switching to e-invoicing will deliver significant cost and process benefits.”
The value of the agreement exceeds 2.3 million euros over five years.
