Yepzon lands another 1.3 million euros
Finnish developer of positioning technologies and safety services Yepzon excelled in its latest funding round.
In total, the company got over 700 investments from Finland and abroad. Yepzon also continued to the 3rd phase of Tekes’ Young Innovative Companies (YIC) programme, which means a 750 000-euro loan instrument is especially marked for international growth and marketing.
All of the collected money will be used to further expand the business. The company’s goal is to receive 70 per cent of this year’s total sales from exports.
”We have started our mission to yepzonise India and improve especially women’s safety,” Otto Linna, the founder and CEO of Yepzon, says in a press release. “We already got the sales running at a good speed.”
