Finnish software company Vincit has bought XTOPOLY digital agency, based in Silicon Valley, California, for an undisclosed amount.

Vincit itself branched out to Silicon Valley last August and has since collaborated on different occasions with XTOPOLY, whose clients include Yamaha Watercrafts and Kellogg’s.

“We have worked with XTOPOLY on several projects and the quality of their design work has made a great impression,” says Ville Houtto, CEO of Vincit California. “With the company acquisition, we will be able to work even closer together and thus offer even better service for our local clientele.”

Founder and CEO of XTOPOLY  Naushad Huda is also enthusiastic over the move.

“Our team and clients are excited,” he comments. “The knowhow and enthusiasm of Vincit makes the company one of the best in the business. Combining that with XTOPOLY’s knowledge in design offers a unique overall service.”
