Its global customer base of over 100 companies includes industry leaders such as recently signed Prologis, Maersk and Fujitsu.

VideoVisit secures EUR 1.5 million

Finnish digital healthcare company VideoVisit has secured 1.5 million euros in financing to be used for internationalisation. VideoVisit develops digital outpatient care solutions for social- and healthcare sectors and is the market leader in virtual care and remote healthcare services in Finland. The fresh capital was raised through a Business Finland project and direct investment from Kustaa Piha’s investment firm Athensmed.

Canadian café chain Second Cup Coffee Company has opened its first café in Finland and the Baltic region, where the Candadian company is currently focused on. The 1 500 square feet-sized café is located in Helsinki’s city centre in the Kamppi neighbourhood. Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Second Cup today operates more than 250 cafés across 40 regions worldwide.

Finnish company Tehokuivaus is being acquired by Polygon. The acquisition will strengthen water and fire damage restoration at Polygon Finland, and add around 60 employees and approximately 7 million euros in turnover to Polygon’s Finnish subsidiary.
