Telefuusio continues operations under Instalco

Helsinki-based electrical installation company Telefuusio has been acquired by Swedish installation group Instalco.

Telefuusio specialises in telecom installations, such as fibre, server rooms and entrance rooms systems, primarily in the private sector. It currently employs 28 people and its net sales for the financial year of 2016/17 was around 35 million Swedish krona (approximately 3.54 million euros).   

Founder of Telefuusio, Ruslan Vassiljev, will remain as CEO of the company.

“It is very exciting to become part of Instalco’s successful group of companies,” Vassiljev comments. “Through the deal, we will be able to co-operate with the other units while also getting a stable platform for our business and employees.”
