Small Giant Games’ debut hits one million downloads

Oddwings Escape, the debut mobile game by Finnish developer Small Giant Games has been downloaded over one million times around the world in a week.

The game was launched in the App Store on Thursday 14 May. The game is available in 15 languages. Since its launch the game has topped App Store charts around the world.

“It has been very exciting to follow Oddwings Escape’s flight in the App Store download charts since the day it was launched,” says Timo Soininen, Small Giant Games’ CEO. “Hitting one million downloads in just six days is truly amazing and the overwhelmingly positive worldwide feedback from the players is very encouraging!”

Oddwings Escape is a genre blending flying game in which players soar their way through fun and challenging flying puzzles to rescue the wacky Oddwings. Each of the characters has different flight dynamics, which makes each flying experience unique.
