The Finnish children’s outerwear brand Reima is launching in the US this year, and Lapland will play a pivotal role in its coming consumer campaign.

Founded in 1944 and headquartered in Finland, Reima has a presence in over 30 countries.

In Reima’s upcoming campaign, #ReimaKidVenture, children from around the world will join Finland’s centennial celebrations and experience Lapland first-hand.

According to Reima, the company is the first major outerwear brand to bring an entirely non-toxic kids’ collection to consumers in the US.

On top of Reima’s test-winning collections of outdoorsy clothes for the smallest of the family, the company has developed the ReimaGO sensor, which measures children’s physical activity.

Last month, Reima announced it had acquired Finnish Baby Box, which sells Finnish-style baby boxes directly to consumers online.
