Pixelface’s virtual reality attracts major investment
The Finnish company Pixelface has raised 350 000 euros in seed funding from well-known angel investors and international investment companies. The news was reported by the Finnish business weekly Talouselämä.
The investment round included the Finnish early-stage venture capital company Lifeline Ventures, Sisu Game Ventures, Juha Lindfors, gaming industry entrepreneur Harri Manninen, Vinny Lingham from South Africa, Boost VC from the United States and one of the company’s founders Jaakko Manninen.
The company, established this year, is developing its Vizor software that enables users to create virtual reality content. The company’s clientele includes programmers and designers but also people who are not professionals in the field.
