Finnish concrete connection and composite structure supplier Peikko has landed a duo of deals in Poland and Sweden.

First up, Peikko’s DELTABEAM Slim Floor Structure has been chosen for the construction of the fourth office building of the Silesia Business Park project located in Katowice, Poland.

The previous three buildings of the project have already been constructed using DELTABEAM.

“Our DELTABEAM enables flexible open spaces and allows offices tailored to the end customers’ needs, which was essential in this project,” states Topi Paananen, CEO of Peikko Group Corporation.

The deliveries are set to commence this month and will end in October 2017. Altogether these four Class A buildings consist of 48 000 m2 of office space.

Meanwhile, Peikko has also received an order to deliver gravity foundation technology to Lehtirova wind park in Norrbotten county in northern Sweden.

Peikko is also responsible for the foundation design and structural calculations. The deliveries are scheduled to start in June and end in October 2017, with all of the foundations ready in November 2017.

The construction project will be executed as an EPC project by OX2, a company specialising in renewable energy plants in the Nordic countries.
