Fresh deals make Basware the market leader

Finnish Basware is the leading actor in the purchase-to-pay software world. Forrester Research announced the position in their Q2 2017 eProcurement report.

After landing deals in France last year, Basware continues growing with a number of fresh customer acquisitions around the globe.

In the US, Basware added Lear Corporation as a new customer. In APAC, Tennis Australia joined the clientele, whilst in Europe Basware won public sectors deals in Finland and the UK.

“With more than 2 700 enterprise customers in the Basware family, we welcome these new additions,” says Ilari Nurmi, senior vice president. “Our customers are able to use the largest open business network in the world, and combine this with our leading, cloud-based purchase-to-pay suite.”

Additionally, the company has recently announced its strategic sourcing offering.

“Basware is now able to provide our customers with a full, one-stop-shop for their entire source-to-pay requirements,” Nurmi explains.
