Finnish startup Naava has found a significant distributor in Sweden for its smart active green walls, with leading interior landscapes expert Ambius on board.

Naava‘s smart green walls are covered with plants, and they mix Scandinavian design with high technology to create an aesthetic wall that also purifies the indoor air.

The company’s innovative walls will now be distributed and serviced in Sweden by Ambius, a global leader in creating enhanced commercial spaces – with more than 2 500 gardening and landscaping experts in North America, the UK, Continental Europe and Asia. Plans to extend the co-operation to other countries are also underway.

“Digitalisation transforms many fields, including interior landscaping,” says Stefan Ivarsson, general manager of Ambius Sweden in a press release. “As the world’s leading interior landscaper, Ambius shares Naava’s vision of human-friendly and health-promoting indoor decoration using nature. With the country’s most extensive sales and maintenance network, Ambius can offer the best possible service for Naava’s clients.”

Naava was recently listed in WIRED UK as one of the hottest startups in Europe.
