Isku Interior to furnish Norwegian municipalities
Finnish Isku Interior is to deliver furniture to public offices and schools in Norway.
Furniture company Isku Interior has won a 4.5 million-euro public contract in Norway. The deal sees the Finnish company providing office furniture for public offices and schools in co-operation with its Norwegian dealer, Norengros.
The contract covers the municipalities of Buskerud, Telemark and Vestfold in southern Norway.
“This is an important contract for us, and it supports our international growth strategy,” comments Isku’s Tapio Sieviläinen, VP sales global markets. “The contract will strengthen our position on the Norwegian market and this important reference will also increase sales of our dealer, Norengros.”
The Finnish company was founded in 1928, and its products are made of Finnish materials.
This year, Isku is investing over 20 million euros to its factory in Finland. The company’s entire production is being concentrated to this single factory in the southern city of Lahti.
