According to Hintsa’s online survey, as many as 30 per cent of knowledge workers said they were not getting enough sleep and were not able to concentrate on their work without distractions.

“Nearly 80 per cent of the users of our digital tools learn more about wellbeing and change their lifestyle for the better,” continues Räisänen. “This is a great platform to build on; with funding and strategic partners, we can accelerate our growth and help organisations worldwide unlock their full potential.”

Hintsa Performance has certainly begun unlocking their clients true potential, tripling their corporate business over the past two years and working with clients such as Nokia, Ericsson and Microsoft.
