REMMUS

Finnish company Remmus has developed a revolutionary new luxury sun lounger. The product was launched to hotel representatives at Dubai’s The Hotel Show.

The Remmus lounger was designed by international award winner Tapio Anttila, and it carries a number of unique features compared to traditional sun loungers. The lounger turns automatically with the sun and has integrated water sprayers to cool down the sunbather. Speakers with a Bluetooth connection are contained in the backrest of the lounger, which also features a watertight wireless charging station for smartphones. As evening approaches, the lounger is lighted up from underneath with LED technology.

Remmus was designed for use in high-quality hotels and resorts, as well as for private customers. In addition to the Middle East, the Remmus lounger is being marketed in France, Spain, East Asia and Russia. Remmus will be launched in Finland at the end of October.

The loungers are handmade to order in Finland. Most of the parts suppliers for the loungers are also Finnish companies with long experience in building luxury cruisers.
