Great Place to Work institute has awarded Finnish information technology company Vincit as the Best Workplace in Europe.

Finnish company Vincit is the best workplace in Europe. The study by Great Place to Work institute covered a total of 2 250 organisations from various European countries. In 2015 Vincit ranked third.

“The bottom line of our company are satisfied employees,” says Johanna Pystynen, Vincit’s director of HR. ”Winning the title partly shows that we have taken a big step to the right direction.”

Along with the success, Vincit plans to open their working culture by offering leadership consulting also to other Finnish companies. According to the CEO Mikko Kuitunen, business organisations understand in general that the key to offer the best possible value to a customer is in individualised services.

“However, employees are often treated in a standardised manner, even though they are individuals as well,” Kuitunen comments.

Besides Vincit, Finnish companies Gofore (6th), Arcusys (7th) and Nitor (15th) reached in the ranking’s the top 15.
