The global TechEdvocate Awards is organised by The Edvocate, an organisation seeking to draw attention to the current EdTech market and each year awards the best companies, people and products in the field.

“To receive The TechEdvocate Award for our Learning Analytics solution is a great honor and important recognition for the ground-breaking work that our team has done,” says Mervi Palander, CEO of Claned Group in a press release. “Since our company was founded in 2013 we have been driven by our vision of building a product that learns to help individuals to learn. The successful realisation of this vision has been now recognised.”

The cloud-based learning platform Claned was launched in summer 2016 and combines Finnish pedagogy, artificial intelligence and social media features to produce a personalised learning experience for each user.

“We believe the real difference we make is to provide a truly personalised learning experience that optimises the process, motivates the learner and encourages for lifelong learning,” Palander says.
