Finland one of world’s healthiest countries
A report from UK medical journal the Lancet has ranked Finland sixth in terms of the indicators for the United Nations’ health-related Sustainable Development Goals.
Altogether 188 countries worldwide were assessed across their individual health and living standards. These were divided into 33 different indicators, which included the likes of poverty, pollution, clean water and education.
More than 1 870 researchers from 124 countries compiled the data, with Iceland, Singapore and Sweden taking the top three positions.
