Finnish learning platform soon to be used by UN
Finnish technology company Claned Group is providing the United Nations with a digital learning platform and an innovation community.
The United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC), which is the primary learning institution for the United Nations (UN) staff world-wide, chose to partner with the Finnish Claned Group in June. The roll-out of the project started immediately.
“Claned is a great solution for collaborative learning and this agreement is yet another proof of the versatility of our platform,” says Vesa Perälä, founder of Claned.
The innovation community is built on Claned’s digital learning platform and will be used by employees from all UN system organisations.
“One of the key aspects of Claned is collaborative learning, knowledge sharing and creation,” comments Miguel Panadero, senior programme manager at UNSSC. “These features, combined with Claned’s unique learning analytics, make it an ideal platform to create effective, organic and continued learning and development opportunities for United Nations staff deployed around the world.”
Claned is a Finnish education technology start-up. It applies in-house developed artificial intelligence and academically validated theories of education psychology revealing which factors impact individual learning.
