ContractZen signs a deal with Swedish Assently

ContractZen and Assently have announced a collaboration that aims to bring customers simple and secure ways to sign electronic documents.

According to ContractZen, documents signed using the service have the same legal validity and enforceability as traditionally signed documents.

ContractZen offers document management services, and Assently is a leading e-signature company from Sweden. In the future, ContractZen will integrate more e-signature providers to their services. All partners fully comply with EU and US legislation.

Assently is headquartered in Stockholm. ContractZen is based in Helsinki, and the company was founded in 2014.
