Caverion nets EUR 6 million deal from Sweden

Finnish building systems services provider Caverion has secured a managed services agreement with Sollentuna municipality in Sweden.

Due to the new Managed Services agreement with the municipality of Sollentuna in Stockholm County, Caverion will be responsible of technical maintenance of around 70 public buildings, including schools, day care centres, sports centres and also a number of listed buildings such as Edberg’s castle.

The value of the four-year agreement is around six million euros and also includes an option for up to four years. The contract includes targets to lower the running costs and to increase the energy efficiency.

Finland-based Caverion designs, builds, operates and maintains user-friendly and energy-efficient technical solutions for buildings, industries and infrastructure. The company has over 17 000 employees in 12 countries in Northern, Central and Eastern Europe.
