Caverion nets EUR 43 million deal from Hamburg

Finnish building systems services provider Caverion has made a 43 million euro deal with CCH Immobilien GmbH & Co. The order involves the delivery of total technical solutions for the renovation of Congress Center Hamburg in Germany.

Caverion is responsible for the design and engineering and project execution.

Caverion’s technical solutions cover the disciplines of heating and sanitation, ventilation and air-conditioning, cooling, electricity and automation solutions and fire extinguishing systems.

After renovation and comprehensive modernisation, Congress Center Hamburg will be one of Europe’s largest convention centres with 12 000 m² of exhibition space, 12 000 m²  of foyer space and 12 000 seats in up to 50 halls. The Congress Center is scheduled to reopen in 2019.
