Bittium expands presence in Germany
Finnish telecommunications company Bittium has established a new branch office in the German city of Munich.
According to Bittium CEO Hannu Huttunen, the move is aligned with the company’s strategy to develop its international sales network.
“With the help of a new office and a local leader, we can improve our customer service and develop our business in Central Europe,” he says. “We intend to increase sales personnel and the necessary technical support in Germany for our customers in Europe.”
The news follows the Bittium Cardiac Navigator, a software designed for the analysis of clinical Holter ECG recordings, receiving medical device approval in Europe.
Bittium also established a local office in Mexico in January. In addition, the company also has sales and customer support activities in the UK, Singapore and the US.
