Spinefarm Records releases Rammstein's new album

Lehtikuva / Ville Myllynen Rammstein believes in Finnish marketing excellence.

The Finnish record company Spinefarm Records will take on the release and marketing of Rammstein's latest album in the UK. This is a significant contract for the recod company that focuses on promoting heavy metal.

The new contract concretizes the fact that Finnish expertise is recognized in the international music market. Rammstein's previous albums have sold nearly 15 million copiues, and the brand new album expected to be as succesful as its precessors.

Jarkko Norlund, the CEO of Universal Music Finland, the majority shareholder of Spinefarm Record, belives that international commissions will be allocated to the company also in the future.

- Rammstein's release in the UK is concrete evidence of our street cred, Norlund comments in the company's press release.

Other bands represented by Spinefarm records are for instance Nightwish, Sonata Arctica and Children of Bodom.
