Reaktor Innovations ranks second in Best Job in Europe – research
Reaktor InnovationsA Helsinki-based programming company Reaktor Innovations has ranked second in the Best Job in Europe-research. The company is specialized in advanced information system projects and is already familiar with such success. Last year the company ranked highest in the whole of Europe.
Earlier this year Reaktor Innovations was awarded the winning place in the general category of the Best Jobs in Finland 2009- research. No other Finnish company has reached this level of success in the Best Jobs - research.
The Best Jobs – research is carried out by Great Place to Work- institute, which surveys the best jobs in 40 different countries every year. The most important criteria for choice are the opinions of companies’ employees. This year over 1350 companies took part in the European research.
The CEO of Great Place to Work Finland, Asta Rossi considers Reaktor’s strength to lie in the exceptionally strong and uniform leadership skills of the company’s experts. According to Rossi the positive effects of organizational culture can be seen both inside the company and in the company’s business results. For the whole time of its existence Reaktor Innovations has operated profitably with cash-flow financing.
Reaktor Innovation operates in Helsinki, Jyväskylä, Seinäjoki and Buenos Aires.
