Princess Maria connects Helsinki and Saint-Peterburg

DFDS Princess Maria used to operate under DFDS by the name Queen of Scandinavia.
New EU-registered ferry operator St. Peter Line opens a ferry connection between Helsinki and Saint-Petersburg in April. The company is planning to operate the route five times a week, which according to the company will serve more than 500 000 passengers per year.  

Princess Maria is a modern passenger ferry built about 30 years ago.  It can accommodate up to 1638 passengers and carry up to 395 vehicles. The ferry has 606 cabins of different types. Prior to opening the new route Princess Maria will be renovated and specially equipped in compliance with all international conventions and modern comfort demands.

Passengers of all nationalities travelling on Princess Maria will be able to enjoy Saint-Petersburg for 72 hours without a Russian visa.
