Passengers travel Via Spa

The first phase of a new 150 million euro terminal peaks in December when Finnair opens a new Via Spa for passengers at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. The final stage will be completed on December 11 with the opening of a stylish 1,000 m2 Via Lounge.

A nearly 600 m2 Via Spa will offer four different saunas, an Alpine-style spruce sauna, a stone sauna, mineral water pool, a steam sauna and a traditional Finnish sauna with a view to the aircraft taxiways.

The new Via Spa and Lounge area are designed to long-haul flight customers and those bound for other destinations outside the Schengen area. Via Spa will be chargeable except for passengers with Finnair Platinum card.
 
These innovations are part of the joint goal-directed development work of Finnair and Finavia to provide increasingly efficient and pleasant transit services to passengers on routes between Europe and Asia.
