Metso signed Value Adding Reseller agreement with Controlmatic GmbH

Metso has signed a Value Adding Reseller (VAR) agreement with German Controlmatic GmbH.

Controlmatic is an innovative services provider operating in the fields of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), automation, electrical engineering, instrumentation and control and analytics. Controlmatic operates mainly in Germany but also in Austria and Switzerland. Annual turnover is 127 M€ with 800 employees.

Controlmatic is part of Actenium which is a member of the Vinci Group, the largest construction and concessions company worldwide, they can draw on the competence and expertise of over 158,000 employees.

– Metso has the automation system and flexible developed hardware solutions to the customer needs, tells Matthias Wappler, Business Development Manager in Controlmatic.

– We have made cooperation plans smoothly and quickly. It was easy to negotiate with a Finnish fair way.

– Controlmatic will strengthen our market position in energy and process industry in Germany, says Kari Heikkilä, Director, Metso Automation Projects and VAR customers.
