Metso delivers fiber board production equipment and defibrator systems to China
Metso has signed two important contracts to China. The company will supply fiber board production equipment to YiYang SenHua Forestry Development Co. Ltd., Yiyang City, Hunan Province, and two defibrator systems to Guangdong Hanhong Wood Industry Co.,Ltd. for their site in Shaoguan City in the Guangdong province.
The Yiyang delivery includes a Camura GS horizontal feed disc chipper and an EVO 56 Defibrator system, related motors, control system as well as installation supervision and system start-up.
The YiYang SenHua plant is designed for Medium Density Fibre (MDF) board, with a thickness range of 6 - 22 millimetres. The raw material will be poplar (85%) and pine (15%). The defibrator capacity is approximately 28 tonnes per hour.
The Hanhong delivery includes two EVO 50 Defibrator systems, as well as related motors, control system, installation supervision and start-up. Also the Hanhong board production plant is designed for 6-22 millimetre MDF board, which will be made of poplar (85 %) and pine (15%). The plant's defibrator capacity is about 20 tonnes per hour.
