Sweatshop, the specialist chain of British runners’ shops, has official opted for the Footbalance foot analysis and a custom insole solution.
In practice this co-operation means that Sweatshop staff will use the Footbalance technology to select the most suitable shoes for the customer after which the choice will be customized with Footbalance insoles.
Sweatshop’s Managing Director Nick Pearson believes Footbalance products fit well with his shops’ philosophy that each customer, regardless of their running ability, gets the best possible running equipment.
The readers of Runner’s World magazine voted Sweatshop the best sports shop five years in a row. Footbalance believes the co-operation will create credibility for the brand and for the products throughout Europe.
Sweatshop’s expertise in running is founded on training. All full-time employees at the company undergo three levels of biomechanical training, examining all aspects of how bodies move while running.
Footbalance insoles are sold in 18 countries and the company has employees in eight countries.
