ePaper Finland opens an office in the United States

We believe that there is market demand for the technical solutions and software produced by ePaper Finland. These solutions enable the distribution of brochures and magazines to mobile phones and new tablet devices such as Apple iPad, tells ePaper Finland CEO Jouni Ikonen.
In Finland ePaper Finland produces over two hundred magazine titles for more than one hundred publishers. The magazine titles are published as electronic facsimiles which in addition to the computer can be read on the iPhone and iPad devices. The company considers this point in time to be ideal for an overseas expansion since the Finnish market for software products is limited.
– This moment is ideal for expanding our operations overseas. The publishing industry has a great need to invest in digital magazine production and the market has perked up significantly after the launch of Apple’s iPad tablet device, Ikonen says.
