Done Logistics automatizes Norwegian dairy handling and collection

Finnish expert on automated material handling systems Done Logistics Oy, a subsidiary of Revenio Group will deliver a dairy product handling and collection system to Norwegian Tine SA, operating as a subcontractor for the Swiss logistics group, Swisslog. The delivery is part of a dairy product distribution centre which is to be built in Oslo, where Swisslog is the main logistics systems contractor. The 12 million euro delivery, which will complete in 2010-2012, is the largest order in the entire history of Done Logistics Oy.

This contract demonstrates that our Kauhajoki-based logistics company is an internationally competitive provider of demanding technical solutions, comments Olli-Pekka Salovaara, President and CEO of Revenio Group.

TINE is Norway's largest producer, distributor and exporter of dairy products. The company is organised as a cooperative owned by 15 084 dairy farmers, who deliver a total of 1.4 billion litres of cow's milk and about 19 million litres of goat's milk every year. The milk is processed into more than 200 different products which are sold under the TINE trademark.
