MTV launches Dudesons in the USA

www.extremeduudsonit.comThe extreme Dudesons know no limits.The Finnish extreme-stunts Dudesons have signed a six-million dollar contract for a 12-episode TV-series for the American Music Television.
The Dudesons in America will be one of MTV's number one launches in 2010. Filming of the new episodes has started already in California and will continue for three months in different parts of the United States.
Risto Kuulasmaa from the production company Rabbit Films reported to Finnish Kauppalehti-magazine that the recently signed contract is the biggest ever signed for a Finnish television series. Rabbit Films will produce the series together with Dickhouse production company, which is known for instance for its Jackass brand.
The four Dudesons, Jukka Hilden, Jarppi Leppälä, Hannu-Pekka Parviainen and Jarno Laasala will continue writing their own script for the series.
According to the Finnish broadcaster and co-funder of the Dudesons, Sub-TV American Music Television was offered 23 pilot series, out of which only five were chosen for production.
