Finnish specialist on indoor climate and indoor environment products, services and solutions, Halton, has supplied kitchen and restaurant ventilation solution for the world’s tallest skyscraper, Burj Khalifa in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Armani Hotel Dubai restaurant world utilises show cooking concept.
For a pleasant dining experience, show kitchens’ indoor climate solution has been designed specifically to provide excellent conditions and an outlook that matches with the space’s interior design.
Energy efficiency is also an important factor as kitchens are usually one of highest consumers of energy in a building. Halton’s solution comprises of unique kitchen hoods that utilise Halton Capture Jet solution, which is an energy efficient and user-friendly kitchen ventilation solution. The Armani Hotel Dubai will open in March 2010.
